Preamble
Groupe Plus attaches great importance to respecting the privacy of the people with whom it maintains relationships. Through this privacy policy, Groupe Plus undertakes to protect the privacy of the people whose data is processed in the context of the use of its website or during the publication of various content on social networks.
This privacy policy provides complete and transparent information on how Groupe Plus collects and processes your personal data in these cases. Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
Groupe Plus may process your personal data during your visit to its website and when you interact with Groupe Plus through its website (e.g., transmission of information via the contact form, online appointment booking, etc.). Groupe Plus may also process your personal data because it holds various accounts and profiles on social networks. This may be information that Groupe Plus collects about you or that you entrust to it.
Groupe Plus takes legal, organizational, and technical measures to ensure that the collection and processing of personal data is carried out with all due diligence and in compliance with data protection legislation. All data processing complies with data protection principles, in particular the requirements related to the purposes of the processing, data security, and the duration of their retention.
Legal Bases for Data Processing
Groupe Plus processes your personal data in compliance with the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and its implementing Ordinance. Under this, any processing of personal data must be lawful and justified by one of the following grounds: your consent, an overriding private or public interest, or the law.
When you have not consented to the processing of your personal data, Groupe Plus carries out said processing on the basis of pursuing a legitimate interest of its own.
Finally, Groupe Plus may process your personal data to fulfill legal obligations, in particular those arising from retention obligations under commercial and tax law.

- the IP address of your computer

- the name and URL of the file consulted
- the operating system of your computer and its user interface
- the language and version of the browser software used
- the website from which you accessed www.plus-group.ch

Your browser automatically transmits the aforementioned data via connection markers called cookies. They allow us to improve your browsing experience by facilitating the use of the services on our website. These cookies generally remain saved on your device until you delete them.
In addition to cookies strictly necessary for the operation of this site, we use other types of cookies to implement web analysis services, notably to establish statistical data (see the section entitled “Google Analytics”). The storage of these cookies on your device requires your consent. You can disable the use of these cookies at any time by selecting the appropriate settings in your browser, or by downloading and installing an add-on. However, if you do not allow the storage of certain cookies, such as those of a purely technical nature, some functionalities may no longer behave correctly or may be inaccessible.
By continuing to browse our website without using the cookie blocking options, you accept the use of cookies, as well as the use of web analysis and tracking tools.
Dissemination on Social Networks
Groupe Plus holds various accounts and profiles on social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.). The information published through these channels is automatically transmitted to the operator of the social network concerned. We draw your attention to the fact that this data may be collected and transmitted to third parties without our being able to exert any influence on its use. It is then processed under the responsibility of the operator concerned and according to its privacy rules.
When you consult our account/profile on a social network or when you interact with us through this social network, we may receive personal data about you through it. This may include data that you publicly share on the social network, which is part of your user profile, or even data that it is authorized to share by virtue of your agreement (e.g., surname, first name, pseudonym, profile picture, contacts and friends, profession, email address, etc.).
Participation in Events
In order to promote our activities to our clients and the general public, we may process information about you from possible photos and/or video and audio recordings. By participating in an event organized by Groupe Plus, you consent to this information being made accessible on our website and on all platforms we use (see the section above entitled “dissemination on social networks” for more information) as well as in any other publication medium (e.g., newsletter, etc.). Said data is retained as long as you do not revoke your consent (with effect for the future) or as long as we have a legitimate interest in retaining it.
Contact Form
You also have the possibility to send us your requests via a contact form available on our website. In order for us to contact you and respond favorably to your requests, you will be asked to transmit to us your personal contact details (surname, first name, email address) as well as the subject of your request.
Unless otherwise provided, we do not transmit said information to third parties. We undertake not to process them for any purpose other than that of responding to your request and to delete them as soon as this purpose has been fulfilled, subject to an interest legitimizing us to carry out another type of processing or when the law requires us to do so.
Online Appointment Booking
Groupe Plus gives you the opportunity to benefit from a free interview regarding the renewal of your mortgage.
Appointment booking can be done directly by completing the appropriate form available on our website. In order for us to deliver a quality service and respond favorably to your expectations, the following information will be required: surname, first name, email address, telephone number, as well as the time and date of the desired appointment. During this interview, other information may be collected in connection with the renewal of your mortgage, in particular information relating to your current situation.
We take all measures to guarantee strict confidentiality of the information exchanged during appointment booking and the interview. Unless otherwise provided, we do not transmit said information to third parties. It is not processed for any purpose other than that of delivering the desired service and is deleted at the end of the interview, subject to an interest legitimizing us to carry out another type of processing or when the law requires us to do so.
Appointment booking and the conduct of a videoconference are carried out via the Teams platform. We invite you to refer directly to the terms of use and privacy statement of the latter to obtain any useful information in connection with the processing of your personal data.
Google Analytics
On our website, we use Google Analytics, a web analysis service from Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Google Analytics uses connection markers (cookies) that are stored on your computer, which allows us to analyze your use of our website and improve its performance.
The information generated by cookies concerning your use of our website (including IP address, which is truncated) is generally transmitted to Google Ireland Limited and stored on servers located in the United States. If IP address anonymization has been activated on our website, Google Ireland Limited will abbreviate your IP address in advance. Exceptionally, your full IP address may be transmitted to a Google server in the United States and be abbreviated there afterwards. Google Ireland Limited uses this information at the request of the website operator to evaluate your use of the site, compile reports, and provide other services related to its activity and to internet use. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not combined with other Google data.
Your consent constitutes the legal basis for this data processing. You can refuse the use of cookies by Google by selecting the appropriate settings in your browser and revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. However, this could prevent the use of certain functionalities of our website. The browser plug-in necessary to deactivate Google Analytics can be downloaded and installed by clicking on the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.
Google Tag Manager
We use Google Tag Manager, a tag management tool, the provider of which is Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). This tool (interface) allows us to manage and operate analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and other technologies on our website in order to optimize it permanently.
We do not develop user profiles, do not carry out individual analyses, and do not save connection markers (cookies). Nevertheless, Google Tag Manager may trigger tags that in turn may collect data. The use of Google Tag Manager is based on our legitimate interest in operating various tools on our website efficiently.
Facebook Pixel
We use Facebook Pixel from the Facebook social network of Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland) abbreviated hereinafter as “Facebook.” This marketing tool allows us to track the effectiveness of Facebook ads for statistical and market research purposes by checking whether Facebook users have been redirected to our website after clicking on a Facebook ad.
Facebook integrates Facebook Pixel when you access our website and may store cookies, which is why your prior consent is required. If accepted, your browser automatically establishes a connection with the Facebook server. The data we collect is anonymous and does not give us any information about your identity. However, Facebook receives the information that you have consulted our website, and if you have an account linked to a Facebook service, Facebook may associate the visit with your account. Therefore, we invite you to consult Facebook’s data usage policy for more information by clicking on the following link: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy.
You can refuse the collection of Facebook pixels and the use of your information to display Facebook ads by clicking on the following link: https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=ads and following the recommended setting instructions.
LinkedIn Insight Tag
We use LinkedIn Insight Tag from the LinkedIn social network of LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company (Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland) abbreviated hereinafter as “LinkedIn.” LinkedIn Insight Tag is a piece of JavaScript code that we have added to our website for statistical, advertising, and marketing purposes. Its integration on our website creates a link to the LinkedIn server when you consult our website at the same time as you are logged into your LinkedIn account.
LinkedIn Insight Tag allows us to collect information about visits to our website, such as URL, IP address, device and browser characteristics, time stamp, and pages consulted. LinkedIn does not share personal data with us and only provides detailed reports on advertising campaigns and alerts on website audience and ad performance. IP addresses are truncated or encrypted, and direct identifiers of website visitors are deleted within seven days to make the data pseudonymous. The remaining pseudonymous data is then deleted within 180 days. LinkedIn also offers a retargeting service for website visitors so that we can use this information to display targeted advertisements outside our website without the person being identified.
To learn more about the details of data collection by LinkedIn, we invite you to consult LinkedIn’s privacy policy by clicking on the following link: https://www.linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy. If you are logged into LinkedIn, you can deactivate data collection in your account settings at any time by clicking on the following link: https://www.linkedin.com/signup/
reCAPTCHA
We also use the reCAPTCHA service, the provider of which is Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) abbreviated hereinafter as “Google.” This tool checks whether the data entered on our website (e.g., in a contact form) comes from a human or an automatic program/bot. It allows us to improve the security of our website and to avoid spam (unsolicited information sent by email).
The reCAPTCHA service collects personal data from visitors to our website to verify that they are really people and not robots or spam software. For this purpose, reCAPTCHA obtains certain information such as IP address, URL, date and language settings, or mouse and keyboard behaviors. The IP address is almost always shortened before the data is transferred to a Google server in the United States. Unless you are logged in with your Google account when using reCAPTCHA, your IP address is not combined with other data held by Google. For more information on how Google may use this data, we invite you to consult Google’s privacy policy by clicking on the following link: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en.
The use of reCAPTCHA is based on our legitimate interest and our legal obligation to contribute to the security of our website and to combat spam and abuse. By using reCAPTCHA, you consent to the processing of data concerning you by Google. If you do not want your data to be transmitted to Google, it is necessary to completely log out of Google and delete all Google cookies before visiting our website. In general, data is directly transmitted to Google as soon as you visit our website; you will then need to contact Google’s support service to delete this data again by clicking on the following link: https://support.google.com/?hl=en&tid=331599549805.
Social Plug-ins
We use various so-called social network extension modules (LinkedIn and Facebook) which are indicated via the corresponding symbols on our website. By default, they are disabled and do not transmit any data. If you activate them by clicking on them, your browser establishes a direct connection with the servers of the operator of the social network concerned. We draw your attention to the fact that the latter may in particular record your presence on our website, your location, and use this information for its own purposes. Your personal data is then processed under its own responsibility and according to its data protection provisions.
If you do not want the data collected on our website to be linked to your personal profile by the operator of the social network concerned, you must first log out of the social network before visiting our website. You also have the possibility to download and install add-ons offered by your browser to prevent the installation of social plug-ins.
Transfer of Data to Third Parties
In the context of our activities and the pursuit of the aforementioned objectives, we transmit your personal data to third parties only if you have authorized us, if there is a legal obligation, or if we have a legitimate interest (e.g., conclusion/execution of a contract between you and Groupe Plus, analysis of the use of our website, etc.).
Sometimes, we may entrust the processing of your personal data to third parties as subcontractors, in particular partners and providers of IT hosting and maintenance services. Our subcontractors are subject to strict confidentiality obligations and are only authorized to process your data on behalf of and according to the instructions of Groupe Plus.
We also use services offered and managed by third parties who may use your personal data for their own use (e.g., operators of social networks, etc.). Beyond the provisions we make in advance to limit the processing of your personal data by these third parties, we have no influence on the extent of the collection and use of your data, which is why we decline all responsibility in this regard and refer you to the privacy rules of the service provider concerned; this also applies when our website contains links to third-party websites and you click on them.
Transfer of Personal Data Abroad
The pursuit of the purposes described in this privacy policy may lead us to transmit your personal data to service providers located abroad or storing their data abroad. If data is transmitted to a foreign country that does not have legislation offering an adequate level of protection, we ensure an appropriate level of protection through sufficient contractual guarantees (such as the standard contractual clauses of the European Union) or we rely on legal derogations in accordance with what federal data protection legislation provides.
Data Security
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure adequate security of your personal data and to prevent any security breach that would result, accidentally or unlawfully, in the loss of your personal data, its modification, erasure, disclosure, or unauthorized access to it. Our security measures are regularly updated according to the evolution of technologies.
Data Retention Period
We keep your personal data as long as it is necessary for the pursuit of the aforementioned purposes, that is, to meet our contractual and legal obligations or when we have a legitimate interest. Your personal data is in principle deleted or destroyed as soon as it is no longer necessary with regard to the purposes for which it was collected.
Rights of Data Subjects
In application of data protection legislation, you have the right to request information about the personal data we process about you and to obtain a copy of it. You may also request rectification or, when the request is legitimate, obtain the erasure of this data; the limitation of the purposes for which it is processed; objection to its processing; the portability of your data.
If you have given your agreement for the processing of your personal data, you can also withdraw this agreement at any time with effect for the future.
To exercise these rights, please contact us at the contact details mentioned in the “Data Controller and Site Operator” section above. In order to verify your identity, we reserve the right to require the provision of additional information before processing your request, in particular by presenting an identity document.
Finally, you have the right to file a complaint with the competent data protection authority, namely the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
