Trained to master all the areas affecting financial planning, Fabrizio began his career advising clients on both pension, tax, estate and wealth management issues. He joined the team in 2018, where he was able to bring his expertise in mortgage financing, which has since become his specialty. He is now a partner in the structure and devotes a small part of his time to sharing his experience as a teacher at USPI.

Today at the head of Groupe Plus, Livio began his career as an independent financial planner serving corporate and private clients. As a consultant, he initially focused on pension, tax and asset management issues, but gradually began to specialize in mortgage financing. This is an area he is particularly well versed in and which he has even taught at USPI Vaud. During these years as an independent expert, he came up with the idea of creating a new kind of independent financial consulting firm. This is how he founded the company Plus SA in 2013 with two of his associates, which they have been developing ever since.

A financial planner by training, this native Swede quickly developed a passion for the field of real estate financing. After spending some time in Australia to learn English, he first trained as an insurance specialist in Switzerland, before obtaining his diploma as a financial consultant. He worked for a while as an independent consultant, but soon afterwards he joined forces with Livio and Paulo to create the Plus SA group. Douglas divides his time between the company and his activity as a lecturer at USPI Vaud, where he teaches the art of mortgage financing.

With a background in banking and insurance, Oscar joined Groupe Plus as a partner in 2021 to bring his in-depth mortgage expertise to our clients. Passionate about real estate financing issues and their tax implications, he occasionally appears in the media or at events to share his views on the state of the market and interest rate trends. On a day-to-day basis, he assists homeowners and future buyers by negotiating the best credit terms for them.

Within the Groupe Plus, Alexandre wears many hats. A former student of the International School, he went to England to study business and management at the University of Northampton. It is therefore quite natural that he put his talent at the service of our English-speaking clientele, whom he advises on a daily basis on all matters relating to their finances and assets. Both an expert in insurance and financial optimization, he joined the firm in 2014 to support our foreign clients and to participate as a partner in the future of the group.

Fabien acquired his in-depth insurance experience while working for ten years with the world's leading insurer, serving both corporate and individual clients. Joining Groupe Plus gave him the opportunity to extend his personalized services without restriction, like an accessible family office. He is thus able to support all his customers by advising them on all areas of their finances. A racing driver and circuit driving coach in his spare time, he is just as quick to analyze a situation in the office as he is behind the wheel.

After working for the Vaud tax authorities, this accounting professional, well-versed in the mechanisms of taxation, worked for various fiduciary companies. Independent by nature, Carlo ended up setting up his own company before joining the Groupe Plus as financial director and partner. Enjoying sharing his experience, he officiates in parallel as a lecturer on taxation and VAT in Lausanne. In 2017, he offered a new pole of competence to the group by creating the subsidiary Plus Fiduciary which he still manages today.
