This motion is expected to be implemented in 2023, but no precise date is known to date.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-background is-style-default\" style=\"margin-top:20px;margin-bottom:20px;background-color:#eeeeee;color:#eeeeee\"\/>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:60.66%\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What will be possible ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To manage this minor revolution in the pension system, legislators have established several clear rules. Firstly, the contributor must be at least 25 years old and have a regular income subject to OASI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Second, retroactive payments into a 3rd pillar account will only be permitted once every five years, and the amount may not exceed CHF 34,416. The good news for savers is that these payments will still be tax-deductible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is important to remember, however, that these funds remain blocked until the holder\u2019s retirement and can only be withdrawn early for the purchase of a primary residence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Interested in this new development?
